It has been almost a year, and holly cow.............. we are doing great! We closed on our house and getting ready to start school. Major is in all day kindergarden and Dallas is in half day pre-school. I am loving seeing them get big and smart. Football is starting in a few weeks! YEAH! Football is my thing! Right now we are focusing on getting our house fixed up and trying to stay cool! Our pool will be fixed in the next couple of days, so we are excited to swim! Candi

Hello! Hello! Here are our family photos for 2010, we have had nothing to complain about this year! We are doing super! Major is 5 and Dallas aka Dally-Dog is 3. They are both in school and loving it, and I am loving the little breaks I get here and there throughout the week. Christmas was a ton of fun, kids just add this magical feeling to the holidays . I am always a little sad to take down my Christmas stuff, and know that summer has to come again until Christmas will be here again. Dallas is talking really well, and Major is just getting BIGGER and BIGGER by the minute! They both are actually. Major lost his first offical tooth the other day, he lost one about 2 yrs ago running around a table at my brothers house, but this one was loose, and we were wiggling it and moving it and then we were playing football at the park and he caught the ball with his mouth and it poped out! I looked for about 30 to 45 min, and then gave up. We told him that the Toothfairy would come no matter what, and that she would bring him some money. Major then told us that he wanted her to bring him 100 dollars..... B.J. explained to him that if the Toothfairy brought that kind of money that he was going to start pulling my teeth out. Major turned 5! We had a clown come for about an hour or so and she painted faces and made animal balloons. I think the kids loved it. I had 18 5 year olds at our house. CRAZY!!!!!! It worked out really nice. B.J .took Major bowling that afternoon and then we went to Serranos and ate Mexican food.( My most favorite food ever.) Dallas turns 3 on the 27th of Aug. I cant believe my baby is 5. Here are some fun pictures of the party!

It has been a while since I have posted, and we have sooo... much going on. Major and Dallas are both starting school on the 11th of Aug. We have been indecisive about starting Major. He turns 5 on th 4th of Aug and that means he barley makes the cut off. It is hard because size wise he is ready, and smart wise he is ready too but socially he is very shy and very much a follower. Major is soo... sweet and usually obedient, but gets his feelings hurt easily and I worry that he would be dominated. So we have made the decision to start him in half day kindergarten this year and full day next. Dallas on the other hand is very much a leader and he just does not give a rats A** about what you say or how you say it. He is a flat out fireball and tough as nails. His dimples have saved his life on more than one occasion. Dallas has been accepted to an early intervention pre-school because his speech is not up to his age level. Imagine that, B.J. and I having a child that doesn't talk that seems like an oxymoron. So what this means is on Monday thru Friday Major will be gone in the morning and Dallas will be gone Monday thru Thursday every morning. B.J. and my life is about to change. My house is ALWAYS loud and crazy so it will be nice to have some peace and quiet. Even though I have contemplated having a few strong drinks,and driving my care into Canyon Lake with me seat belted in. I am very glad they have each other. They are either best friends or fighting over the same toy all day. Having two young active boys is TIRING. I do know the whole meaning of having joy in your posterity though, my boys make me laugh constantly. Dallas is trying to talk so some of his lingo cracks me up. He calls Major errrr. 10 times a day I hear "Errr meer!" Translation... "Major come here!" Just the last few weeks he has been saying a lot more words. We are excited for him to start school and get caught up.

Our big family vacation was in Vegas and California, we were gone for 2 1/2 weeks and it was AMAAAAAZING! We left on Fathers Day and headed to Vegas. My mother-in-law and father-in-law bought us tickets to The Jersey Boys that night and it was DARLING highly recommended to anyone. There was a little bit of strong language but other than that, very clean. Our niece went with us to Vegas to help us watch the kids so we could go out and have a good time. She is 14 years old and very responsible. The kids ordered room service and a movie. B.J. had given her his cell phone so she could get a hold of us. When we got out of the show we had 8 missed calls from her. Major was doinking around on the bed and fell and cut his eye open. She ended up calling the front desk and they called an ambulance. Yeah nice. We spent the first night of vacation in the hospital till 4am. Unfreakinbelievible. Major couldn't swim for 10 days and has a really nice scar from his little stunt. No stitches just glue. The ER doc said that is was too close to the eye and the skin is soo thin around the eye that the stitches themselves would leave a scar. Moral of the story... Unless you know they need stitches, just go to Walgreen's and buy a little neosporin, super glue and bandades. You will save around 1500 dollars. Yes you heard it right! I'm in the wrong DAMN business. Other than that our trip ROCKED. We got a lot of rest and relaxation in. B.J.'s parent were awesome as always. Our kids just love them. There is always a party at the Wootan household. I hope B.J. and I can keep the partying reputation up with our kids.

In June I turned 31 and I don't feel a bit older. I still feel 20. I am so grateful for my health, and my kids health. If you don't feel well nothing in life is fun. My mom has been in a lot of pain the last several months and is getting her hip replaced in September. I am really happy for her I do think that this is going to be a new start for her. She cant sit, stand, or walk for very long. It seems like it has really slowed her down. It seems like my whole life as I remember my mom has struggled with some sort of physical health problem. I hope that this surgery blesses her life.

WOW! how this year is flying I guess we are having too much fun. Easter was a tot of fun this year. Major and Dallas are at such a fun age to do the whole Easter bunny thing. Dallas is getting so much better with communicating and it is a lot easier on B.J. and I. B.Js parents came down last Thursday so they could come to Majors 2nd tee-ball game. It was awesome to see Majors cheering section. We had Tanner and Shasta, Marla, Bert, Melayne and Dally-dog and I yelling and screaming for him. He was so excited. Thank you to all that came to cheer for Major. After the game we all went to Barros pizza and ate dinner. Always a fun party when the Wootans are in town. Then on Saturday Major had another game and then later that day We went over to Ethan and Jenn's to dye Easter eggs. It was awesome we got Mattas mexican food and just hung out and visited. On our way home we called the Wootan clan and they came over to color another dozen eggs. My boys went to bed at 12:15 on sun. morning and then woke up at 7 Easter morning. I was so worried they were going to be bratty from lack of rest but they were champs. I took them for a 30 min drive so they could nap over to Ethan and jenn's house to see my family for a little whilefor Easter. I love Easter it is such a wonderful holiday It was a little different not going to Church. I felt like I needed to get ready and get my boys ready and go to the church house. I am grateful for the atonement and for Jesus Christ sacrifice for me in my life. I know he loves me and is mindful of my trials. I was talking to a close friend the other day and we were talking about how hard relationships are. I have struggled with some relationships in my life. I have learned through counseling about core beliefs. We all have core beliefs some people have a core belief of waking up at the crack of dawn and working all day. (Thats one of my dads core beliefs) other people have a core belief about going to school and getting a degree. (Thats one of my husbands core beliefs.) We get core beliefs from our childhood, or even later in life if we feel that some decisions we made have been positive thing in our lives, we tend to make it a core belief. The problem sometimes with our core beliefs that we feel so passionately about are beliefs that we tend to think that other peoples core beliefs are wrong or stupid. I know I have been guilty of this. I am trying to look at the way other people do things and not think negative thoughts about how they go about their lives because what works for me just might not work for someone else. I know earlier on in marriage I struggled with some of the ways B.J. or even his family did things. It was very different than the way my family did things. My first husband went on a mission and his family was wonderful, spiritual, sweet and all that. Now that I am divorced and married to B.J., who is not a return missionary, now for 8 years, he is a way better match for me and so is his family. I am sad I went through that VERY difficult time in my life, but soooo..... grateful I have B.J. as my husband and the two little turds that I do. B.J. and I have had our struggles in marriage but we have worked through our differences and continuing to compromise. Compromise is a necessity in marriage. It is hard for stubborn people like me but sometimes things just aren't worth fighting over. I have some awesome pictures coming from our beach trip and Easter. Life is wonderful, my kids are healthy, and B.J is a stud. Love you all!

TIME?

It has been a little while since I have posted and so much has been going on I'm not so sure I can express everything that has been going on over here at the Wootan household. First off, we had a spat of sickness at our house that started with me getting a sinus infection and followed by Major getting "pink eye" then Major giving it to Dallas and then Dallas giving it to B.J. It was lovely. Anyone that has children knows how sucky it is to have sick kids, but throw a sick husband and a sinus infection for yourself and just go right ahead and shoot me. Then to top it off my assistant at work got strep throat and so I had to get my old assistant to come in and help me work. It worked out well, it was a lot of fun seeing my old friend. We had a trip to the beach planed and I'm sooo... happy we didn't get sick over there. I was still on my antibiotic but I felt a whole lot better. Cali is always a pleasant trip for me, I just LOVE the beach, there is something about it that is soothing to me. My inlaws got us into Disneyland for free and are always so wonderful to my kids I sure love and appreciate Bert and Marla for always accommodating us when we are out there. When we got there Melayne (B.J. youngest sister) and Marla had wrapped about 10 presents for my kids in valentines paper and had told B.J. and I that they went and found some age appropriate toys so the kids would have fun. It was so thoughtful of them. We had an awesome trip and cant wait to go back in July. Well back to the grindstone. Work is going well which is such a blessing and time just seems to be going by very quickly. Major started Tee ball and it is a ton of fun watching him play and interact with other kids. Dallas has had a hard time learning how to talk. We have a speach therapist that comes over and works with him on Monday mornings. He is improving and hopefully he will get caught up with all the other kids his age. Time is such a funny thing I am reading a really good book called "The Power of Now" the book talks about living in the past and in the future and when we don't just live in the moment all the time then we miss the present. It is very interesting. I live in the past a lot. I don't feel like I have lived in the future as much until Kamber my sweet niece died, but when someone close to you dies so unexpectedly I think it makes you a little paranoid who is going next and how. Those thoughts cant be healthy. It just gives you anxiety and keeps you from feeling peace. It says in the scriptures that fear it not from the Lord so I can take another guess, and that would be that fear comes from Satan. Satan has tools we don't realize. It isn't always big things like sex, drugs ,lying, and stealing, Satan knows that some people wont be tempted by those things so he uses his tactics wisely. If he can instill fear, depression and anxiety on us in keeps us from our divine potential he has won. Hopefully my mom doesn't get mad for me sharing this, but she has had a 15 year battle with anxiety. 15 years ago I was 15 so being younger I didn't really think much about it. as I got older I realized how much it affected her and our lives. She can not drive a car, or fly in a airplane, she gets very uncomfortable in busy restaurants and of unfamiliar places. She has the back row of church reserved for her so she can make an escape if needs be. My mom has told me in the past that she feel like a burden to Mindi because she has to take her everywhere. I help when I can if my mom needs me, but Mindi is already there so they usually get their errands done together. I wonder why we have certain struggles. My mom is a really good person, she is a ton of fun to be around and is always making a quilt for someone. I dont struggle with anxiety, but I do struggle with PMS (just ask B.J.) it is bad. I am learning that around that time of the month I am not me, and being very careful to get rest and learn to keep my mouth shut. Time is an interesting thing. I am trying to live in the moment more, and enjoy little things. None of us know how much "TIME" we have left.

Are we LUCKY? or VALIANT?

Lately I have been thinking a lot about how we are here. I know we hear in church there was a war in heaven, we wanted to come down, get bodies, have free agency yadda yadda yadda. I'm talking about how were we so lucky or valiant to be here. HERE in AMERICA, with FOOD, EPIDURALS, MODERN MEDICINE, THE GOSPEL, FREEDOM and sooo... much more? Do we know how lucky we are to have what we do? Do we know how lucky we are to go the store and buy medicine if we need it? I have been overwhelmed by the blessings we keep receiving. B.J. and I don't watch much T.V. ,but lately we seem to be keeping up with the news on Haiti. Thee other night John Travolta and his wife were on the news with his private jet in the background, and they were being interviewed by the news. He was saying how he has the means to go to Haiti and deliver items and take doctors to help the poor victims. He also said that he felt some sort of responsibility to do what he can to help those in need because of his wealth and situation. I was really impressed by that. I am so sad for what they are going through in Haiti. I was on the Internet looking for babies I could adopt and found out that there was 380,000 children in Haiti waiting to be adopted in 2007. Who knows how many kids are in need now? When I got my Patriarchal blessing it was told to me that I was from the tribe of Manasseh. Ive always liked hip hop music, some rap, and black people. I spent my younger years down in Lehi Arizona going to school with the Indians cause we lived by the Reservation. I always got along with the brown boys. My mom and dad let an Hawaiian girl live with us to go to school and play volleyball when I was about 14 years old and I just loved her. It was sad to see her go back to Hawaii. B.J. and I have been talking about adopting a baby. I am sure there are people out there that think it would be silly to adopt when you can have your own kids, but when you see the amount of kids that need a home, I don't see why not. I would love to adopt right now, but I think I would want all of my kids here and I would want them to be a little older. So back to my original question? How were we so LUCKY or VALIANT to be here? I know there is a lot of babies in need in this country, and a lot of people suffering so how did I come to the family I did with the amazing blessings I have? I have herd some people say that the reason we came here was because we were so valiant in the pre existence were we valiant or did the Lord know that there was no way we would make it back unless we had what we do? I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year. Having small children makes it hard to go out, and even if you had someone to watch the kiddos you don't want to be out too late cause most kids are up at the butt crack of dawn. My in-laws came over at 12:15 so we could go next door to our neighbors house for their little shindig we were invited to. Going to bed at 3am and waking up at 9:30 doesn't do the body good. B.J. and I were invited to 4 parties and wanted to attend all of them but it just didn't work out. It was a lot of fun having my in-laws in town, they are wonderful to my kids. My kids are the youngest in my husbands family so they sure get a lot of love from them. On my side of the family there are a lot of kids so Major and Dallas love being over there and playing with them. Christmas was so fun with the kids they bring such a fun atmosphere into the holiday. I am kinda sad it is over but B.J. and I have so much to look forward to. We haven't heard about our house yet still waiting and waiting and waiting. I hope and pray things works out with this house. Whatever is supposed to happen will.

This picture is on Pikes Peak in Colorado and it really doesn't do it justice. It was amazing. I think of Christmas when I see this picture. We are settled in for now and waiting to hear from the bank. I love the house we are in and pray daily that it works out. B.J. and I do not want to move 2 more times. Coming to terms with knowing whether we get the house or not is out of our control has been hard. Right now the majority of our stuff is in one bedroom in the house. Our clothes are in suitcases and it is rather annoying. I hope we get situated somewhere soon permenantly. B.J. and the boys are well, Dallas is making some progress on his speach but still needs therapy. Major is getting so big and I do miss having a baby around but I am no where ready to get prego again. It is hard on me. Over all, we are so blessed. I am thankful for B.J. and my babies. I have two healthy boys, a wonderful husband (most of the time) and a wonderful job. What more can you ask for?

The vacation is over and it is time to move.

Well it has been 5 weeks since I posted last and I am surprised I have the time to post now. First off the Denver trip was soo..... amazing. It will go down as one of the best trips ever. We saw so many beautiful things and the weather was awesome. Spencer was hurt so we didn't get to see him play and it was a bummer not to see him out on the field busting people up but at the same time it was way fun riding to the games with him and getting to visit with him and Annie. Thank you to Annie and Spencer for having us and really showing us around. They were so accommodating and fun. Annie is a great cook and did my laundry and made it truly feel like a vacation. Dallas liked the fact that he wasn't the baby and was a turd to Gunner most of the time it REALLY bothered me to see Dallas get feisty with his cousin. I kept hoping Gunner would clean his clock one time so Dallas would back off. I think Gunner is still too young to fight back, and is probably very relieved that Dally-Dog is out of his grill. We were able to see two games back to back cause we were there for 10 days The Broncos played the Cowboys the first week and beat them and then we saw Tom Brady with the Patriots the next week and we beat them as well. The best part of the games were going down into the tunnel with Spencer after the game and seeing the players up close and then walking to our car was way cool they have these barricades that keep fans from rushing the players but hundreds of people waiting in the FREEZING cold weather to get an autograph of the players they wanted. People were yelling at Spence to come and sign there stuff and he stayed out there for 45 min and signed anything anybody wanted. It is so cool that Spence is a role model for so many people.
On a more serious CRAZY note we are out of our house in 3 days. It is kinda scary. B.J. and I have been here for 6 years and although it isn't our dream home we have really loved the area , ward, and the relationships we have developed out here. We have found a house and we are renting, and hoping to buy it eventually we have put an offer in at the bank and are waiting to hear back. Who knows how long it will be. The house is right around the corner from our old house and I will be VERY happy if it works out. It will be a lot of fun to have Christmas at our house this year and actually have room for everyone without being cramped.

Ok, we are freaking out. B.J. and I were thinking we wouldn't get anyone in our house to look at it for a month and it was on the market for oh 15 hours and our phone was going nuts with people who wanted to see it. We had an offer on it on wed. morning and we counter offered and they agreed. An inspector has been out and the appraisal has come in. I guess we are out of here. I have mixed emotions. It is exciting and stressful and sad all at the same time. I wish I knew where we were going. We are going to rent in our neighborhood, so Major can stay at the same school and we can stay in the same ward until we are for sure where we are going. Say a loud prayer for us, we will need it.

This picture was taken Nov. 26th 2003. We had just got our keys to move in. I remember how excited I as. This has been a really nice house for us we LOVE the area and ward. B.J. and I know it is not a Sellers market but we are not in a hurry to sell. With the new home buyer incentive for 8,000 the government is offering and the fact that our house will not be a short sale we are anxious to see if anyone is interested. We do not know where we will go in fact we are not even looking for a house until ours sells. If we do sell it we will take our time and rent for a few months and shop around. Kinda fun, kinda sad. There isn't alot of attachment to this home it has been nice, but B.J. and I will be looking for a single level, 3car garage, with a bigger lot. The prices right now are RE-DIC-ULOUS. We are excited to see what happens.

How much do I love this boy? B.J. and I have said that its a damn good thing we got Major first and Dallas second cause we would have one child if Dallas was our first. He is a handful and in some ways I love his strong personality and spunkiness, but in other ways I am just flat out worn out period. Dallas was born about a week and a half early and has been so much fun to have in our family. He has his own agenda and is not afraid to tell ya. On the other and he is so sweet and will come over and cuddle you and gives the biggest kisses and he shares his food and toys with everyone he can. I love my boys soooo..... much and hope and pray daily that they stay this sweet. Happy Birthday Dally-Dog!

Our summer goals and fun times!

This summer B.J. and I had a couple things we were excited to get accomplished. #1 we wanted to get Major completely potty trained. He has been peeing in the potty for awhile but #2 was a little bit trickier for him. I bribed him like crazy but he wasn't haven it until about 2 months ago. Finally he got the hang of it and once he did it a couple of times it was way fast and now he is doing awesome. #2 B.J. and I were hell bent on Major swimming without our help all the time. He is a little fish and swims awesome. Dallas on the other hand has has no respect for the water and if we don't keep our eyes on him every single second it is scary. #3 we wanted to have a fun birthday for him he turned 4 on Aug. 4th we had a Transformer party he loved it. For the last thing #4 we wanted to get him ready for preschool. School started on aug 10th and Major loved it! It makes me so happy to se him happy and learning so much. Dallas is turning 2 on aug. 27th and it is soooo... crazy that I had him 2 years ago. He is either screaming cause he is happy, or wants something or pissed off about something the kid does not talk he screams for anything and everything. There are days I literally want to put in ear plugs cause I get a headache from his communication skills. I wish he would just talk. He understands if we ask him to do simple directions, but other than that he is just a screecher. I would take 10 of him if the lord would give me that. I am so blessed to have the kids I do and husband I do. I love them so much.

I sure hope that this a one time thing and I never have to see my baby in the back of a police car when he is older. Dallas is definitely my strong, independent, fearless, crazy, tough boy. He is at the stage where he wants to feed himself and so he grabs the utensil out of my hand and flicks applesauce all over the place and when I tell him to "Let mommy help you!" He pretty much tells me to "SCREW OFF" in baby talk. Screaming, thrashing and shaking his head uncontrollably. Along with his FIESTYNESS comes the sweetest, happiest, lovable, little cuddler in the whole world. I LOVE being a mom. These pictures were taking at the beach, we had a family friend that came and showed all the boys his police car. Lights, siren and all. You should have seen their faces!

Ok, so every time I am on my way home from cali I always get this kinda sad feeling and I don't know what it is. I feel like its time to go and get back into our regular routine, beds, sleep, and all that NORMAL everyday stuff. Then it hit me, we live in HELL. I want to be a better person just so I don't have to live here after judgement. Isn't this the Telestial kingdom? It was sooooooo............ nice to go out at anytime, anywhere near the coast and feel the cool weather. We had a dang good time and I am excited to go back next year. Dallas and Major LOVED the water, dug in the sand and caught crabs. We also played Frisbee, volleyball, pattle ball , and soaked up the sun. Knotts berry farm is always so fun and I do have to say that I like it better than Disneyland. you may think I am a nut job for saying so but they have a lot of new rides and I NEVER wait in line to ride them. Last year we went to Disneyland and we waited to get on almost all the rides. No thank you, I stand for a living the last thing I want to do on vacation is stand in line for the 30 second ride. Anyways, we had some good friends of ours meet us out there and they have 3 boys and Major has a ton of fun with them. It is fun seeing my little boy have friends and interact well with other kids. He starts school Aug.10th and I think he will love it!

TWO WEEKS AND COUNTING!

Yes, two long weeks and then we are going to the beach for almost two weeks. You herd right I am so excited to go to the beach we go to Huntington Beach to stay with my in laws. It is so nice of them to have us. Things are going really well for us, the boys are getting so big and they are so much fun. Dallas is starting to try and talk. This morning he said "Hi" to B.J. and we got all excited cause Dallas is turning 2 on Aug. 27th and the only word he says is "Gog" Major is officially fully potty trained! Thank the dear Lord. He has fought and fought us on this issue and one day last week he was bribed by a Transformer car at Walmart. B.J. told him if he went poops in the potty he would get him the car but if he pooped in his pants we would take it away. He has done so well and we are really proud of him. I am reading a really, really, really good book I got for my birthday. It is called "The Power of Now." Amazing read. B.J is doing awesome and I don't think I tell him enough how much I appreciate all he does for me and the boys. Staying at home with kids is a ton of work and I know he gets beat down sometimes. He is a wonderful father and our boys adore him.

Yes, sad but true it was my 30th birthday on June 1. and I don't feel a year older. The older I get the more I realize that our parents are still very young and it is just your body that gets older. I do not mind getting older it is just moving so fast. I had a wonderful birthday we went to Sunsplash with my mom, sister, sister-in-law and all the little cousins we had a ball. I have never seen so many interesting people in my whole life. Major and Dallas spent most of their time at the baby slides and it was fun to see them splash and have a good time. I am convinced that the majority of people have tattoos and I just might need to go and purchase me one so if any of you have any idea of what I should go get please feel free to throw your ideas out there. Maybe a long stem rose on my saggy tatas, or maybe a heart right above my booty crack! Yea probably not going to go there. Remembering Kamber

In Relief society last week (yes I went to church) I have been really good about going since it changed to 9:00. Anyways, we had a wonderful lesson about Joesph Smith and how he endured all his trials. As I was sitting there I thought about how different trials are for everyone and how they come at different times of everybodys life. In my profession I am very blessed to be so close to so many people. I do hear their struggles and I leave the salon sometimes very happy and other times very sad. On Sunday I couldn't stop thinking about Kamber and how hard it must be for my brother Ethan and my sister-in-law Jenn. I thought about how much easier it would have been for Joesph to say "To heck with it all!" and take the easier road. I look at Jenn and see her still smile back at me when I smile at her and every time I think in my head how can she smile when she has been through so much. I admire that she can go into a swimming pool and have fun with us. I honestly think we don't know how strong we are and we learn through our trials. I think the Lord knows we can endure things that we in our wildest imaginations think that we couldn't. I have seen a gal in the past and I guess you could say she is a counselor or therapist her name is Debbie and she told me that she believes that Kamber is a Guardian Angel for all of us in our family. I do believe we have angels all around us helping us everyday. I miss Kamper Bamper SO MUCH and I miss seeing her and Major play. Here are some cute pictures of our Kamber and her with Major. When I say crappy I really mean too much to do and not enough time to do it. I had a pretty good beginning of the week, Major and Dallas have been in swim lessons for 3 weeks and it was really good for them. B.J. and I have 3 major goals this summer and they are getting Major swimming on his own with NO floaties, pooping one the potty ALL the time and starting him in preschool in August. ( by the way our swim teacher was not real happy when we told her that Major used floaties last year, she said that when kids wear them they tend to think that they can float and it gives them an idea that they are ok in the pool all the time. I don't think we will put Dallas in floaties ever.) I took the boys over to my moms house and we had a ton of fun this week. Wednesday is my big work day and I have had a ton of work cause everyone has to be HOT for graduation right. I got to the salon on wed. at 7:00 and left at 9:30 and the worst part is that I sat down twice for 10 minutes. I was so dead. Then on Thursdays Mindi and I play on this volleyball league and this past Thur. we played the best team although we competed we lost all 3 games. Saturday was another crazy day I went to work at 8:00 and was 30 min. behind by 10:30 I was planning to be done by 4:00 and didn't even leave until 5:30. B.j. and I took the boys to Serranos and then went and got ice cream. Today was alot of fun for me after church the kids and I took naps and then my parents came over to eat. It was really nice to have my mom and dad all to our little family. We ate spaghetti and then enjoyed some burnt cookies I made. I want to tell my mom and dad that it was fun cooking for them and having them over. We love you guys.

Ok I do know that guys have to adjust and itch and all that, but when my 3 year old is holding himself before he goes to bed I get just a little freaked out. He is getting too big and he is so much fun and a really sweet boy. Major and I were at my moms house and she has bunnies in an area of her yard that is fenced in so the dogs dont kill them and my mom wanted to make sure they were both boys so she didnt have any babies. We grew up with like 100 rabbits so I do know how to check out the sex of a rabbits. My moms bunnies have dug holes to stay cool and safe so my mom went and guarded one hole and Major stood over the other. I was trying to get them in a corner and kept missing them after about 5 tries Major says " Comon mom make the play!" Oh my hell I was laughing so hard I think I lost a little bit of my bladder he is so his father. Then after a couple of tries I hit my head on the Graipfruit tree and said "Oh damnit" It was just a reaction and Major says " Damnit oh damnit" I was trying so hard not to laugh. Then I have to explain that mommy should not say that and I was sorry. He is listening to everything I say and it is good for me cause I try to think before I speak. Try being the key word.

I have been wanting a bunny for sometime now and B.J. and I had one earlier on in our marriage before kids and it was a horrible experience. It took some major convincing on my part to get a bunny and B.J. never really agreed . Bless his heart. Well, and I have to give him some props for being so good about it. He lets them out when I'm at work, will feed them and even has cleaned out there cage. Thanks babe! Anyways when I went to go look at them, the guy who sold them to me had two males there and said that they do better as a pair, and threw in the buy one get one free pitch and waaala her I am with two bunnies going home to my not so happy hubby. So I was stressing out the whole way home cause B.J. didn't even want one and here I was with two. I was at work and trying to tell my clients that I had a free bunny for Easter if anyone wanted it and I had no takers. I came home from work the next day and told B.J. that I was trying to give the other one away and he said "Don't do that, the other one will be sad." I was soooo... relieved and now we have two new members of or family. The black and white one is Shrek and the white one is Tanner my brother-in-law. B.J. wanted to name the black and white one Obama but we choose Shrek thank the dear lord. Well, they have been a lot of fun, and they are pretty easy not too high maintenance. Jenn and Ethan came over last week and there kids held them and were telling their mom and dad they really wanted one until I cleaned out their cage in front of them and they saw the amount of poop and urine you got to deal with and clean up. So I have a rather funny story to share. I've needed to go to Target to get a couple of things and my kids have had colds this past week so we haven't really gone anywhere. On Tuesday I decided to go. I guess I should tell you before the story that I have been trying to lose my baby weight and I have lost about 20 pounds in a year and I do realize Dallas is 18 monthes, but I dont really diet or run when I breastfeeding cause my boobs are like 38 Qs.( I am not joking it is a nightmare from hell.) Anyways, I got on the scale on Tuesday morning and I was the lowest weight since I have had Dallas so I was feeling pretty dang good about myself. Well we walk into Target and Major wanted a pretzel and cheese and I wanted my mormon drug, diet pepsi or diet mountain dew whatever is available. So I order and we sat down with our food and I am feeding Dallas a few bites and Major is grubing and this nice looking older woman about 65 years old and she was heafty probably about 50 to 60 pounds overweight was smiling at us as I was feeding my boys. She was waiting in line to get something to eat as well. Well about 2 min. later she walked over to me with a sweet smile and said " Do you know what you are having yet?" I pooped my pants. She was so sweet I didn't have the nerve to ask her why her doctor didn't induse her 35 years ago. I just looked at her and put my hand on my obviously big pouch and said "Oh no I don't, hopfully it's a girl since I have two big boys." I was mortified. So after that I found myself back at the Easter section and and bought 3 bags of candy. Hopfully I have never said that to anybody in my life. I actually did ok I looked at the bright side at least I only look like I'm borderline finding out the sex of the baby instead of her asking me when i'm due. It has motivated me to keep working hard. I only have 13 pounds to go until I'm pre Dallas weight. I want to ask the Lord why our bodies have to go through so much to get a baby here. To all of you girls that bounce back and fit into your jeans a week after you have a baby just know that I dont like you. (just kidding) Well I am over it and everything is going really well for us. Everyone is happy and healthy! Just the way I like it.

Romantic getaway

Wow B.J. and I have made it 7 years can you all believe it! We planed a trip to Catilina Island for our combo anniversary and Valentines day presents. So on Feb. 10th we drove over to my in-laws house cause they were so kind to watch our boys while we went over for a night. Catilina was so beautiful, we were right on the ocean the water was so blue the trees were so green and it was the most relaxed I have been in a really long time. I am so greatful for my husband B.J. he made the trip so fun and romantic for me. After we got back to my in-laws house we stayed there for 5 more nights and just played ,ate good food, went on walks, and went to the Orange County swapmeet.( If they dont have it then you dont need it.) This month has seem to just fly by. When we got back from the snow my kids were just finishing up their antibiotics for ear infections, and then B.J. started sneezing up a storm and he has had allergies like crazy it turned into an ear infection so he went in and got on an antibiotic then within an hour I was coughing up a lung and I started an antibiotic as well we are all on drugs and recovering. My sister Mindi and my sister-in-laws Jenn and Annie have started this workout with my brother Spencer he kicks our boodys but Ive been doing the workouts from home and since Ive been coughing I am trying to take it easy. B.J. and I have been married for 7 years on Feb. 5th so we are going to do a combo valentines and anniversary and my mother-in-law is going to watch our kids at her house by the beach and we are going to go to catilina island or somwhere fun for a night or two. I am really excited to go and be alone with B.J. it has been awhile since we have done that. I will have some cool pictures next post.

This past weekend we were invited to go to a cabin with some good friends Jared and Melissa Palmer. The cabin was about 20 miles out of Payson and we had such a blast! This cabin was amazing it had like 5 or 6 bedrooms and 6 or 7 bathrooms I kinda lost count after about the 4th bedroom. It was totally out of control and there was still a ton of snow on the ground so the kids were in heaven. Jared took us out on the Ranger it was like a 4 wheeler that fit the whole fam damily. Our church changed to 9:oo on sundays and the church is now true again for me(ha ha) .We went at 2:00 last year and the year before that we had 1:30 church. It was really hard with my boys naps to go at that time. Now we hurry home from church and feed my boys a snack and put them to bed. Dallas is at the age where he wants to feed himself so we go through about 4 outfits a day. He is my child that my mother cursed me with. Dally-dog is a pistal but sooooooooo... much fun and has the best personality. I dont think B.J. and I can make a child that isnt a spaz. REALLY!

I have always had mixed feelings about Christmas I LOVE the spirit, decorations, family parties, FOOD and the whole shabang. I also am very busy at work and feel like my days off are a rat race. I do it to myself, for example I homemade my Christmas cards this year and it was way fun but I spent about 15 hours on them and around 100 dollars just on the materials. I had half of the cards done and B.J. told me I should go to the post office and make sure that they wouldn't cost a fortune. He ended up going and they said it would cost $1.17 a card to mail. I was pretty upset. I ended up hand delivering 25 of them mainly my family when I saw them and a few other people. Then two weeks before Christmas we went to the post office to mail my other 25, and the mail lady said that they were only 42 cents a piece. So I could have mailed them all anyway. CRAPY! Christmas overall was soooo... much fun. Major and Dallas are at the best ages for the santa thing. We are also very lucky to be able to see both families. I am sure I have gained a few pounds but it will come off after the treats stop coming, and I get back on my exercising schedule. I am so thankful for all of my family and close friends. HELLO!!!!!!! I may go down as the laziest bloger in town or mabye it is that I have been working my *** off doing hair so everyone can look marvelous for SANTA. Anyways Melayne and her boyfriend Cory came down for a little vacation this past week and we had a ton of fun eating out playing games and just hanging. They left yesterday and took Major with them. My mother-in-law was with them too and they are coming back in a few days but how weird to have one baby at home? I miss the living crap out of him. Dallas seems to love being the only child and I think it is nice playing with a toy for longer than 3 min before Major runs over and grabs it. Well everything is going well, this is the first Christmas without Kamber and it is very sad, we miss her so much. Last Sunday we went to Ethans to eat dinner and after Ethan made a bonfire and Kylie, Tayler and Major frosted gingerbread cookies. I sat there and thought how much fun Kamber would have had and it just made me sad. There are days I feel fine and I do know deep down she is well and happy and I know I will see her again and then there are days I am so sad . Jenn and Ethan are amazing. I dont know how they are doing it, but they are. Christmas is a wonderful time I love it. I am so thankful for my husband, kids, family, job and all the many blessings we have. TURKEY WEEKEND

I ended up walking and jogging the Turkey Trot, I mentioned in the last post that I was getting a cough and it ended up being a full blown lung infection. I went to the doctor on the Mon. before Thanksgiving and he put me on a really high dose of antibiotics. It was way crapy. Ive been running 3 times a week and worked up to 4 miles and then I get sick, VERY BIG LETDOWN for me. My sister Mindi did it and my sister-in-laws Jenn and Melayne and my two nieces did it and I am very proud of them. Our Family wore Kamber shirts and we ran for her. That was really special. I will say I wasnt sore at all and I think it is because I am in good shape. Can you be in good shape when you have 20 pounds to lose? Oh well I am feeling a whole lot better and next year I will go after it again.

We went to a park on Sunday and Leah (B.J.'s sister) took our family pictures. They turned out so freakin cute. Leah is an amazing photographer. She got great shots of my kiddos and having her in the family is such a blessing. I am hanging in there, I had a scratchy throat on wed. and by the end of the night I had lost my voice. I dont feel sick at all, but I do have a cough and I cant talk. The worst part is trying to yell at my kids or husband and not being able to. It so sucks. Major will yell "Mom" and I will answer him but he can't hear me so he asks 15 times and I have to go over to him and get right in his face so he can hear me. We are having Thanksgiving at my house for B.J.'s family it should be interesting our house is not that big. It should be fine. I better be over this crap by Thanksgiving, or I will be walking the Turkey trot.

We went to my parents ward Halloween party it was a lot of fun! Major got to ride a horse and Dallas got to walk around in horse poop. Dallas is my BUSY BUSY boy. I tell people that if I can just keep him out of jail I did my job as a mother. He has a rader built in him that just attracts him to messes and danger. B.J. installed cabinent locks when Major was a baby and they worked great. He would try to open them a couple of times, realize it was no use and walk away. Dallas on the other hand puts his back into it and litterally grabs the cabinent with both hands and jerks it back and forth 20 times as hard as he can until it opens. I call him Dally-turd because he is a huge turd. I could not live without him.

Ok, these pictures were taken like 3 weeks ago I am ready to have cooler weather sick of swimming and all the pools are too cool but it is still hotter than two cats screwin in a wool sock. You can thank my brother Ethan for that lovely mental picture. Ethan has the best one liners ever we all wonder where he comes up with them . The other day we were at his house for Sunday dinner and he walked us out to the car and as we were there visiting he says out of the blue "Well, I'm hot I'm sweating like a petifile in chuck-e-cheese!" I'm still laughing out loud about that comment. Anyways, halloween was really fun Major was Batman and Dallas was Donald duck. I want to freeze my children so they never get big. It makes me sad to think how fast they are growing up. It blows my mind to think that someday they will be like me and I will be like my parents. The older I get the more I think we are all just young kids in older bodies. Kinda crazy.

Yea ok so I win the biggest blog loser award. Can you all tell I am pretty much over the whole blogging every other day thing. I have been pretty much crazy these last couple of weeks. This time of year is so DAM BUSY (yes I know I spelled it wrong it makes me feel a lot less guilty if I dont spell it right.) Everybody needs their cracks filled in and their hair looking cute for their family pictures. I can not complain though I am so grateful I went to hair school and got a trade. I have stayed busy even In this VERY SCARY economy. I have some really cute pictures coming your way, B.J. turned 32 on Oct. 11. I rented a really nice Harley Davidson Motorcycle for us to ride the whole day. Ethan my brother and his wife rented one too and we had a freakin blast. We rode up to canyon lake and then drove to the resturant that night and then we took a night drive to Foutain Hills. I hope we buy one eventually. I would love to have a motorcycle. Did you know there is a special wave that you do when your on a bike? It was pretty impresive. Jenn and I are offically motor mamas. I swear every motorcycle that passed by us on the opposite side of the street waved. We also looked like HIGH ROLLERS driving around a 20,000 dollar bike. At the end of Sept. we went to Laughlin Nevada for two Miserable nights. I love to travel but I don't understand why I forget how crappy it is to travel with small children driving for four hours there, then the sleeping arrangements sucked donkey cause Major wanted to be in bed with me then when Dallas wakes up he wonders where the freak he is so he wants to sleep with me too and thank HEAVEN B.J. didn't come it till 3:00 that morning cause I dont know where he would have slept. After 3 hours of crappy sleep with Major I realized the floor would be much more comfortable then getting kicked 25 more times in the side. When B.J. came in that night and crawled in bed with Major, I thought to myself " Good luck with that one!" On about 41/2 hours of sucky sleep you can only imagine that we were ready to go out to the pool and live it up. Not really the whole trip ended up being a bust. I was a Royal Beyach to B.J. and he was Poopy darts back so it's not fun to be on vacation when your in a dissagreement. On the way home B.J. and I decided that we were not going to not travel until Dallas is 16. Somehow I think we will make it up to the snow come Jan. or Feb.

Forever Families Oh dear!

Tonight we went over to my mom and dads house to celebrate Kylies birthday. As we were driving home tonight I was thinking how much fun we had. Mindi had this GINORMOUS slip n slide that you put baby soap on and slide down it. HELL NO I did not participate! It was so fun watching the kids, B.J., Ethan, Matt, (Ethan and Jenns friend), and Dave my brother-in-law bust out down this slide. After we ate we had this pinyata and no way of holding it up, so of course you can always count on Ethan to rig something somehow. He hooked two dog leashes together and him and B.J held each side. It was so trailer trash. Half way through the pinyata my mom said "Someone spilled water or what the heck" Troy Mindi's youngest was still in his swimming suit and pee peed. His swimmer was full of water and Troy just let loose on my moms leg. After the candy went flying, Ethan went over to the pee spot and waved his hands over the spot and said" If anyone got candy in this area, it is contaminated."Oh my freakin funny.Yes the pee was cleaned up before the candy went flying. Our family has it's corks like everybodys, but man we have a ton of fun together. I'm very greatful for my family. We would do anything for eachother. I am even more greatful that we live so close together and our kids can grow up together, what a huge blessing. Spencer and Annie are not here right now, they are in Colorado and we miss them and their boys a ton. I feel it is very important to build happy memories with your imediet family and distant family as well. It has taken me a while to really appreciate my family. Well, we are doing super fantastic! I am greatful the weather is changing for the better B.J. and I have been taking the kids outside quite a bit to the park, the golf range, and the track. Major likes to run up and down the bleachers while I run the track. I say run, but what I really am doing is a slow jog. The Turkey Trot is held every year on Thanksgiving Day. I ran it 5 years in a row but this last year, Dallas was 8 weeks old and I wasn't sleeping or running enough to do it. This year I will be participating and anyone that would like to do it with me is more than welcome. It is not a competitive race at least I don't treat it like that. I just want to eat two extra pieces of pumpkin pie that day without gaining a pound. It is a 10k race that means 6.2 miles. Thousands of people run it every year and it is a whole lotta fun. Let me know if you also are a self masicust and want to join me.

We are doing quite well. We went to dinner at BJ's pizza tonight (damn it's good) sorry, it is. Eating out is kinda hard with a one year old that has to be entertained the whole time until the food gets there and then when the food does get there we only can use half the table because Dallas is Mr. Grabby. He will grab ANYTHING in his reach. It is Funny, I can always tell the waitresses that have no kids,they set the food right in front of Dallas and then I have to quickly grab his hand and while BJ grabs the food or vice versa, then Dallas gets all ticked off and pretty much cusses us out in baby talk. After we get our food, handing Dallas french fries only lasts so long until he starts screeching like a parrot because he wants to get out and play. The rest of dinner consists of me inhaling my food and then covering Dallas's mouth and walking out while everyone is staring at me and BJ pays the bill. We went to Serannos last night and the story was verry simular. Kids are a ton, ton, ton of fun, but a whooooooole lotta work. Before I had kids I wanted 5 then I had Major and thought 3 was a great# now that I have two I think it is the MAGICAL #. Ok mabey I will think about 3 there is only one problem. BJ has told me he is done. That means I need a sperm doner. Hey man BJ is cool with it! The only criteria he wants is that the guy be goodlooking and rich. Ha! BJ belongs on that new reality TV show Last comic standing yea Im sure he could make a million doing that. He is pretty funny most of the time. One of the many things I LOVE about him. Dallas started walking at 11 months old so my life pretty much consists of picking up, closing doors, closing toilets, putting up the gate so he dosent go up or down the stairs and pulling my hair out. He is very busy. I think a new born is easier than a 1 year old. I would rather be up every 3 hours than every 3 min. As you can tell the kid has not mised many meals he will eat pretty much anything at anytime and if you dont shove the food in fast enough he starts to screech. Both of my boys are really good eaters. We took dally into the doctor last week for shots and his yearly exam he was 27 pounds. I really cant hold him for very long before I feel like Im getting a hernia. I love him so much

Major is so not graceful when he eats cornweiners. Yes we call them that. Major is a very spunky child that uses only first person when he talks for example he says, "Major is Hungy" or "Major is tired". It is quite funny to hear him talk. I know it is hard to believe but he is also very fistey. The other day I came home from work and BJ had just ran to the mailbox. Major wanted to wait at the front door with it open so that all of our cool airconditioning could cool our front porch I asked him very nicely to shut the front door, it did not happen. A few seconds later I said it again a little louder and said "Hurry Major the cold air is going out." It was like talking to a wall. Finally, I said even louder "Major, Shut the front door now!" He shut the door and walked aound the stairs so he was in my sight stuck his neck out with his hands on his hips and said in a very deep voice "Dont talk Major that way anymore." It took everything in me to not freekin laugh sooo... hard. Hey I was just proud no cuss words came out. We all know my side of the family has a small problem with cussing. It is somthing I really need to work on. Hopefully he will take BJs good example in that area. BJ is not a cusser. I am greatful for that.

This is my brother Spencer Larsen and His cute wife Annie. We got to go to the Cardinals game on sat. they played the Broncos it was a ton of fun because Spencer now is a Bronco. Pretty crazy to have your baby brother be in the NFL. We all are very proud of him. Working hard comes natural to both of my brothers.

This picture is very very special to me. It was the last picture we have with Major and Kamber. We miss her sooooo..... very much. I am greatful BJ and I decided to go to the cabin with Ethan and Jenn. We love spending time with them and their kids. Through all of this tragic time I think what has hit me REALLY hard and fast is that you really dont have any control over how long you get to keep your family here. It has been a very sad time for us. I loved kamber's smile. It was contagious.

We all know BJ has a great sense of humor. He is a ton of fun to be around unless he is hungry or hot. He seems to be starving and sweating quite a bit. I truly couldnt have picked a better man to have kids with. BJ IS THE BEST DAD. He is not afriad to change diapers, clean the house, bathe the kids and play till they crash. Major and Dallas adore their dad. This picture was taken in Vegas at the Rio pool. Major must have jumped to BJ 50 times.

Every year around the first of June we go to Vegas for a few nights with BJ's parents. There is a divine restuarant named Batistas. I usually eat until Im sick but never learn. It is friggen good stuff.

Major's first big boo boo

Earlier this year Major was at Uncle Ethan's house and running around a table in his front room he tripped and went face first into a really nice chair. There was wood in the middle of the arm of the chair and there was Majors 4 teeth marks perfectly imprinted. He knocked one tooth completely out and shoved one of his front teeth up into his gums. He sure took it like a man.

Dallas was born on Aug.27, 2007 he is a clone of his older brother Major. They are best buds, and play really well together. Bj and I would love to have 3 more kids but we would love to stay married more. Hee Hee! We feel really blessed to have two healthy boys and love them verry much.

Tonight Tanner and Shasta came over for Sunday night dinner. Shasta has helped us make our blog. We are new to this whole thing but I am sure we will get much better. Snow Trip

This febuary we went to Annie's cabin. We had a ton of fun. Major rode 4 wheelers through the snow with daddy, made snowmen and froze our tooshies off. Dallas was still too little to bust out in the snow, but he still had fun.

Major loves the BIG POOL! (the beach) he loves to dig in the sand, throw balls and play in the water. Walking down to the big bridge and watching the sunset is way fun. We love grammie's and papa's house.
